Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index and on the IVACE website http://www.ivace.es First. Beneficiary entities Municipalities, associations and consortia provided for in Law 8/2010, of June 23, on the local regime of the Valencian Community, included in the scope of any of the zones 1, 2, 3 and 8 suitable for hosting wind installations included in the Valencian Community Wind Plan. Second. Purpose Aid intended to compensate for the damage to wind installations included in zones 1, 2, 3 and 8 of the Wind Plan of the Valencian Community through investment actions of the following types and characteristics: a) Projects to improve rural infrastructure and services b) Projects to promote renewable energies c) Projects to improve socioeconomic conditions: projects that affect the improvement of the social and economic environment. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 5/2017, of February 20, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), within the framework of the compensation and promotion funds linked to the Wind Plan of the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 7986, of February 23, 2017). Room. Amount The total budget of the call will be 2,542,717.69 euros. The aid is considered a non-refundable subsidy, and has an intensity of up to 100% of the eligible cost of the project. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the DOGV and will end on January 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Sixth. Other data 1. Applications: electronically according to the standardized model available on the website < http://www.ivace.es>. 2. Documentation to present: that provided for in article 7 of the call. 3. Form of justification: in the terms provided in article 12 of the call. The projects must be started after the date of submission of the aid application, so that the proof of expenditure and payment must be dated after that date. 4. Maximum justification period: October 22, 2026.
