Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Associations, Foundations and other non-profit entities and institutions may be beneficiaries of this call, with availability of at least one establishment in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, legally constituted in accordance with its specific regulatory regulations, with legal personality and full capacity to act and registered in the corresponding public registry, provided that due to their purpose and competence they can carry out the execution of the corresponding works or services proposed in the development program of an experiential employment and training program and have of sufficient technical and management capacity In accordance with the provisions of article 16.2 of the Basic Order, entities may incorporate in their application the participation of private entities in the sponsorship of their program, preferably of public utility or social interest, to promote the labor insertion of the participants or the improvement in the implementation of the program. The program will include the specific description of said participation and must be authorized by the SEF. Second. Object. The purpose of this Resolution is to call, through the advance processing system, the subsidies intended to finance the execution of Experiential Employment and Training Programs of a specific nature by Non-Profit Entities of the Region of Murcia, framed in measure 5.A.3.1 of the FSE+ RM 2021-2027 Program, and in the strategic subsidy plan that corresponds to the year 2026, aimed at unemployed people of 18 to 29 years old, not employed and registered in employment offices, and beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. The purpose of these programs is to improve the possibilities of insertion of unemployed, non-employed people registered in employment offices, through their qualification in alternation with professional practice. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of October 24, 2023 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, which develops Experiential Programs, included in mixed public employment and training programs, and establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the execution of said programs in the Region of Murcia (BORM no. 257 of November 7), modified by the Order of September 29, 2025 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service (BORM nº234, of October 9). Room. Amount. The available credit in the call for participation in this action is €3,900,000.00, financed from the expense budget of the Regional Employment and Training Service for the financial year 2026, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF+) through the ESF Region of Murcia Operational Program 2021-2027. The individual amount will depend on the expenses of training for employment, complementary education and operation throughout the project, as well as the salary expenses of the student-worker of the project. Fifth. Presentation and deadline for applications. A Subsidy applications will be completed by SEDE ELECTRONICA (https://sede.carm.es) Procedure 4440 “Experiential Employment and Training Projects”. The electronic registration of the application will require, at least, the identification and authentication of the applicant through the use of an advanced electronic signature from among those admitted by the CARM and listed on the website https://sede.carm.es in the “General Information” tab, admitting, among others, the electronic signature certificates of the FNMT, Class 2 CA and the electronic DNI. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten days, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BORM.
