First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries will be the mothers or fathers who had a child, or adopted a child under 4 years of age, as well as the guardians with parental authority or guardianship in the event of the death of the parents, who meet the following requirements: That the birth or adoption took place between 12/01/2025 and 11/30/2026. That the applicant is Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spain. That the applicant is registered with the Toén City Council for a minimum of 1 year at the time of birth or adoption (in case of authorization, it will be verified ex officio by the body that instructs the procedure).
