BDNS (identif.): 885180,885181,885182, 885183 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and this BOJA. First. Call 2026 and maximum amounts available for each purpose. A public call is made for the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime, for subsidies to Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs) that carry out international development cooperation interventions by the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation, in accordance with the purposes, maximum amounts and budget items specified below, in accordance with the maximum global budget allocation, which amounts to €13,210,816.00, and budget distribution by purpose, approved by Resolution, of January 16, 2026, of the person in charge of the Directorate of the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation, (BOJA no. 19 of January 29, 2026). International Development Cooperation Projects. In order to comply with the commitment to finance the Least Advanced Countries of Andalusian cooperation, at least 40% of the maximum amount will be used to finance projects in the Least Advanced Countries, the Sahrawi Population and Palestine. 9,247,571.20 1852010000G/82B/48000/00 Humanitarian Action Projects, except emergencies. In order to comply with the commitment to finance the Least Advanced Countries of Andalusian cooperation, at least 50% of the maximum amount will be used to finance projects in the Least Advanced Countries, Sahrawi Population and Palestine (Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem and Zone C of the West Bank). 1,651,352.00 1852010000G/82B/48000/00 Development Education Projects. 1,981,622.40 1852010000G/82B/48000/00 Training, Research and Innovation Projects. 330,270.40 1852010000G/82B/48000/00 In accordance with the provisions of article 1.4 of the Order of June 21, 2016 (BOJA no. 120, of June 24, 2016), modified by the Order of June 10, 2020 (BOJA extraordinary no. 37, of June 12, 2020), the previous budget distribution by project purposes is estimated in nature, without in any case exceeding the overall maximum amount. Consequently, the budget allocation assigned to a purpose that is not compromised may be accumulated with the remaining ones. In accordance with the provisions of article 10.d) of the Regulation of Subsidy Granting Procedures of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, approved by Decree 282/2010, of May 4, in addition to the maximum total amount within the available credits, an additional amount may be available whose application to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call. The effectiveness of this additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, prior approval of the budget modification that proceeds at a time prior, in any case, to the resolution to grant the subsidy. The declaration of available credits, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, will not imply the opening of a period for the presentation of new applications, nor the beginning of a new calculation of the period to adopt and notify the resolution. Likewise, the call may also provide that any sudden increases in the available credit make possible a complementary resolution of the granting of the subsidy that includes applications that, even though they meet all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the same, in accordance with the provisions of article 10.e) of the aforementioned Regulation of the Procedures for Granting Grants of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, approved by Decree 282/2010, of May 4.
