Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Private non-profit entities that meet the requirements established in article 2 of the Regulatory Bases Order. Second. Purpose: To call for the year 2026 the aid provided for in Order SAL/19/2022, of May 5, which regulates subsidies, on a competitive basis, to non-profit entities that carry out socio-health activities, to encourage the development of said activities. Third. Regulatory bases: Order SAL/19/2022, of May 5, of the Ministry of Health, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, to private non-profit entities that carry out activities of socio-health interest in the area of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (BOR no. 88, of 05-10-2022). Room. Amount: The expenditure of three hundred and seventy-two thousand euros (372,000.00 euros) corresponding to the 2026 call is approved, charged to budget item 06.01.3141.480.00 of said year. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: One month calculated from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Other information of interest: Call: The full text of the call resolution will be available at the following address on the Government of La Rioja website: www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica, Health thematic area. Concession procedure: It will be processed under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.1 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of Subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Applications: The forms can be obtained by accessing the website of the Government of La Rioja: www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica. Documentation: Along with the application, interested entities must present the documentation established in article number six of the regulatory bases. Concession criteria: Those provided for in article nine of the regulatory bases. Payment method: As provided in article thirteen of the regulatory bases. In accordance with article 13.3, in this call, 50% of the amount granted at the time of granting will be paid, as necessary financing to be able to carry out the actions inherent to the subsidy. Justification period: In accordance with article thirteen of the regulatory bases.
