Official description of the call
First. Object. Promote the operation of consumer associations by granting aid to cover both their current operating and activity expenses, as well as capital expenses. Second. Beneficiaries. Associations of consumers and users at the regional level in which none of the impeding circumstances provided for in article 13 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the public sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, exist; and that they are registered in the Registry of Consumer Organizations of La Rioja regulated by Decree 6/2017, of February 17. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 9/2008, of July 28, of the Ministry of Health, which establishes the Regulatory Bases for the granting of consumer subsidies to consumer and user associations (BOR no. 102, of August 1, 2008). Room. Amount. To meet the obligations, a total amount of 91,314 euros is assigned in the following budget items indicated: 06.03.3132.480.00, current expenses, the amount of 83,020.00 euros. 06.03.3132.781.00, capital expenses, the amount of 8,294.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Twenty days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Payment method: As provided in article 19 of the Regulatory Bases. Justification period: As the subsidized programs conclude, the justification of the subsidy must be made within a maximum period of two months from the conclusion. In any case, the justification will be made in the period that can be audited within the current fiscal year; To comply with this obligation, the deadline may be indicated in the concession resolution.
