Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries The municipalities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja that have Peace Courts in their municipal terms will be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call. Second. -Object Subsidies intended for the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja to finance the operating expenses of the existing Peace Courts in their municipal terms. Third. - Regulatory bases Order 2/2012, of February 24, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Justice, which establishes the regulatory bases for the financing of the operating expenses of the Peace Courts in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (BOR no. 26, of February 29) Fourth. - Amount A total amount of one hundred and five thousand euros (€105,000) charged to the following budget item 2026.06.02.01.1111.461.00 Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with article 5.2 of Order 2/2012 and with the regime relating to the calculation of deadlines established in article 30 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. Sixth. - Other information of interest: - Call. - The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the Government of La Rioja website. http://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=20707 - Applications.- The official application form is available on the website of the Government of La Rioja, link to the “Electronic Office”, Justice section: http://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es. - Documentation. - That provided for in article 8 of Order 2/2012, of February 24, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Justice, which establishes the regulatory bases for the financing of the operating expenses of the Peace Courts in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. - Concession procedure. - Subsidy line under a direct concession regime, in accordance with the principles included in article 8.3 of Decree 14/2006, of the legal regime for subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. - Justification. - Regarding the justification and payment of the subsidy, the provisions of article 8 of the regulatory Order will apply.
