The factual assumption that is the subject of the subsidy constitutes the carrying out of an economic activity in the Region of Murcia on a self-employed basis carried out full-time, which entails the obligation to register in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), when the requirements to be a beneficiary established below are met. Second.- Beneficiaries. 1. Those people who are initially registered, or who have not been registered in the two immediately preceding years, in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (RETA) may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. 2. Self-employed or self-employed workers who, having ceased their activity due to the birth of a child, adoption, custody for the purposes of adoption, foster care and guardianship, return to carry out a self-employed activity, registering in RETA, within the two years immediately following the effective date of cessation will also be beneficiaries of the subsidy. For the purposes of this call, it will be considered that the cessation of activity has occurred due to the birth of a child, adoption, custody for the purposes of adoption, foster care and guardianship when: No more than 12 months have elapsed since the birth, adoption, custody for the purposes of adoption, foster care or guardianship, and a minimum of 3 months has elapsed since the cessation of activity and the registration in RETA for which the subsidy is requested. Third.- Regulatory bases. Order of February 8, 2023 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, the regulatory bases of the “Extended Zero Quota” subsidy program are approved (BORM no. 33 of February 10). Fourth.- Financing. The subsidies that are called will be financed from the expense budget of the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) for the financial year 2026 financed by the State Public Employment Service-Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, with the maximum available credit available in the call being 5,985,000.00 euros. Fifth.- Amount. The individualized amount consists of the sum of the following amounts, in accordance with article 9 of the basic order: a. an aid for initial self-employment establishment of €1,000.00. b. an aid to cover the expenses of maintaining the self-employed activity, equivalent to the amount of the reduced fee regulated in article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Statute of Self-Employment, multiplied by 24, which for the year 2026 amounts to €80. Sixth.- Procedure. The procedure for granting the subsidies subject to the call will be carried out after verifying that the applicant meets the established requirements, without it being necessary to establish the comparison of the applications, or the priority between them, up to the limit of the budgetary credit established in this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. The granting of subsidies, provided that the beneficiaries meet the general and specific requirements established in the Basic Order, will be carried out according to the order in which the applications are received, taking into account the date of entry registration.
