Official description of the call
A. PURPOSE OF THE GRANT. The present bases are intended to promote the development of elite athletes or promotion of the town, partially financing the expenses derived from the sports season. B. BENEFICIARIES. All athletes who meet the following requirements will be eligible for this call: • Be registered in Beniparrell (minimum one year). • Be a maximum of 24 years old at the time of submitting the application. • Current recognition as an Elite Athlete by the Department of Culture, Education and Sports. • Be in possession of the corresponding valid license from an official Sports Federation (season 2024/25). November, General Subsidies. C. AMOUNT OF AID. The maximum amount to be received per application will be €400.00. The subsidy will be valued based on all the expenses presented and their agreement with the sports report and the economic report. The amount of the subsidy will in no case be greater than 50% of the total expenses presented. If applications are submitted and accepted for an amount greater than the budget credit, this will be distributed equally among all the applications presented, reducing its amount proportionally.D. DOCUMENTATION TO PROVIDE. to. APPLICATION (Annex I) duly completed and signed. b. Photocopy of the athlete's DNI (if the athlete is a minor, provide the guardian's DNI). c. Photocopy of the federative license (in force for the 2023/24 season).d. Sports memory (attendance at competitions, tournaments or other sporting events).e. Financial report according to the sports report (detailed list of expenses presented and total income received). F. List of expenses: • Original of the invoices related to eligible expenses (dated between September 1, 2024 and August 30, 2025). • IN NO EVENT will delivery notes, tickets, delivery notes or similar be accepted to justify the expenses assumed. • Certificate of ownership of the bank account The standard application form, as well as the rest of the documentation, can be found on the Beniparrell City Council website: www.beniparrell.esE. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Applications may be submitted both through the General Entry Registry and by electronic means through the electronic headquarters of the City Council: https://beniparrell.sedelectronica.es The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days counting from the day following the publication of the Extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. F. CONCESSION PROCEDURE. This grant is processed and awarded on a competitive basis.G. FINANCING. This call for subsidies will be financed from Budget Application 341/48910 “SPORTS SUBSIDY”, of the General Budget of the City Council for the year 2025, with a maximum total amount of the subsidies called of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EUROS (€1,700.00).H. PAYMENT. Once all the documentation presented has been accepted and reviewed, the evaluation committee will assign a financial amount to each approved application and payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number that appears on the certificate of account ownership and in the third-party maintenance submitted. I. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARIES. The beneficiaries of the subsidy will be subject to the following obligations: • Submit to the verification actions to be carried out by the granting body, as well as any other verification and financial control that the control bodies may carry out. • Communicate to the City Council any alteration of the conditions taken into account for the granting of the subsidies included in these regulations. Any alteration of the conditions taken into account for the granting of subsidies may lead to the modification of the granting resolution and eventually its revocation. • Refund the funds received in the event of not complying with the requirements.
