Extract from the Agreement of the Research Commission of the University of Alcalá of February 25, 2026, by which the Mobility Grants for Research Personnel in Training 2026 BDNS: 890113 are announced. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, it is published the extract of the call whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Predoctoral Research Staff in Training, regulated by article 21 of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation, hired by the University of Alcalá. Hired research staff, enrolled in a Doctoral Program at the UAH, to carry out a research project who have enjoyed at least 12 months of contract at the UAH at the end of the application period in the last two years, and with a dedication to the UAH during all this time of at least 50%. Doctoral students under the protection of a Co-tutorship Agreement at the University of Alcalá, whose temporary stay is mainly at this university and who request help to travel to the country of co-tutorship (destination country) from the UAH (origin institution). Second. Object. Promote the mobility of Research Staff in Training, as an improvement of the training program and development of their doctoral thesis, encouraging stays in foreign centers of recognized prestige, preferably in the European Research Area. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory Bases Framework for the granting of Scholarships and Research Aid by the University of Alcalá (https://www.uah.es/export/shared/es/investigacion/.galleries/documentos-investigacion/Bases_Reguladoras_Becas_Ayudas_Investigacion_UAH.pdf) Fourth. Amount. The amount of travel aid will be up to a maximum of 100 euros for trips to centers in Spain in a location other than where the researcher resides or works, up to 250 euros for trips to European countries, and up to 600 euros to the rest of the world. The amount of aid for the stay will be up to 500 euros. The total amount of this call is 60,000 euros. This call is financed from budget application 30400M000.541.A645.07 co-financed by Banco Santander. Fifth. Deadline and submission of applications. The application submission period will remain open from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid until March 25, 2026, both inclusive. Applications will be submitted through the 'Calls' option available on the Research Staff Portal. Sixth. Other data. Stays eligible for aid will have a minimum duration of 2 months and a maximum of 3 months, and may be 6 months in the event that the applicant is carrying out a doctoral thesis under co-tutorship. The stays must have started after January 1, 2026 and before December 31, 2026 and be enjoyed within the period of the interested party's connection with the UAH (the end date of the research stay must be the same as or prior to the end date of the connection with the UAH). Seventh. Awards and selection criteria Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: The impact on improving the training of research staff or the research of the project for which the aid is granted based on criteria such as the purpose of the stay, duration, suitability and quality of the destination center. That among the objectives of the stay is to improve the training program and the development of the beneficiary's doctoral thesis. Only one aid will be granted per person per calendar year.
