First. Regulatory Bases. Order ATP/23/2022, of May 18, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the acquisition of replacement animals in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 96 of May 20, 2022. Second. Object. Through this Resolution, the call for subsidies for the year 2026 is approved, for aid for the acquisition of replacement animals, in accordance with Order ATP/23/2022, of May 18. Third. Beneficiaries. To be beneficiaries of this call, the requirements determined in articles 3 and 4 of the Regulatory Order must be met. Room. Amount. The expenditure is approved for the call for subsidies for the year 2026 for aid for the acquisition of replacement animals, for a total amount of two hundred thousand euros (200,000 euros), charged to budget item 05.02.01.4122.773.02 "Aid for replacement animals" of the budget corresponding to the year 2026. The amount called may be increased by one undetermined additional amount, in accordance with the procedure and requirements expressed in article 23.bis of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. The request for aid and the required documentation will be addressed to the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, and may be presented at any of the Citizen Services Offices of the Government of La Rioja, in the auxiliary registry of the Ministry competent in the matter or in any of the forms established in article 6 of Decree 58/2004, of October 29, which regulates the Registry in the field of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and its Public Bodies, as well as in the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja. Legal persons, entities without legal personality and those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, are required to submit the application in the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja. The investigation procedure is established in article 10 of the Regulatory Order. The General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock is the body in charge of the instruction and organization of the procedure, through the Income Aid Service and SIGC. The competent body to resolve the concession will be the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, unless a competent delegation is in force.
