Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: People who present unpublished poetic works that have not been awarded in other contests or previously published will be considered beneficiaries. Second. Object The object of the XXX Marc Granell Vila de Almussafes Poetry Contest, 2026 is to promote and support international poetic creation, as well as its promotion, through the granting of two prizes, Valencian modality and Spanish modality, to the collection of unpublished poems that is selected. Third. Regulatory bases The specific bases of the Marc Granell Poetry Contest were approved by Mayor's Resolution number 513 of February 19, 2026 and have been published in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council website url: https://wp.me/panQjS-iea Cuarto. Amount The budget allocation for the prizes regulated in these rules will be the responsibility of item 3340-481.00 Cultural Promotion. Awards and scholarships from the current 2026 budget, for an amount of €2,400. €1,200 corresponds to each modality. Fifth. Application submission deadline: The maximum deadline to submit works will be until May 31, 2026.
