BDNS: 892244 First. Beneficiaries. Companies, regardless of their legal form, self-employed or self-employed workers and private non-profit entities, in the ordinary labor market, that carry out an economic activity whose workplace is located in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and that, in their capacity as employers, hire unemployed people as employees, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in the regulatory order, all under the terms and conditions established in each of the programs provided for in the Order. The alteration of said distribution will not require new prior authorization from the Governing Council or a new call, although it will require, where appropriate, budget modifications prior to the concession resolution. The granting of these subsidies will be subject, in any case, to the existence of available budgetary credit. Once the existing budget credit has been exhausted, subsidies that cannot be met due to lack of budget availability will be denied. Applications that, within the scope of one call, are denied due to lack of credit, will not be eligible, if applicable, in subsequent calls. However, when the budgeted credit is exhausted before the end of the application submission period, the early closing of the call may be agreed upon, by resolution of the Minister of Education and Employment, which will be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, taking effect from the day following that of said publication Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for the corresponding subsidy will be one month from the start date of the ordinary indefinite contract or from the date of transformation into indefinite training contracts, referred to in Article 20 of the Regulatory Order. In those cases in which the start date of the ordinary indefinite contract or the transformation of training contracts into indefinite contracts falls between January 1, 2026 and the day of publication of this call, both inclusive, the period of one month for the submission of applications will be counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja and will end on December 1, 2026.
