Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The following line of subsidies is called for the financial year 2026, in the non-competitive concession modality, within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated: - Subsidies to agricultural professional organizations: 1200048064 G/12S/48501/00 01, for a maximum amount of 3,801,065 euros. - Subsidies to federations of agricultural cooperatives and associations in the agri-food sector: 1200048064 G/12S/48500/00 01, for a maximum amount of 1,075,352 euros. - Subsidies to entities representing rural development associations: 1200048064 G/12S/48503/00 01, for a maximum amount of 446,201 euros. - Subsidies to entities representing women in the agricultural and rural sectors: 1200048064 G/12S/48502/00 01, for a maximum amount of 300,000 euros. - Subsidies to representative organizations of the Andalusian fishing sector: 1200010000 G/71P/44200/00 01, for a maximum amount of €176,000 1200010000 G/71P/48300/00 01, for a maximum amount of €540,000 Second. Beneficiaries. Agricultural professional organizations, federations of agricultural cooperatives, representative entities of rural development associations, representative entities of women in the agricultural sector and rural areas, representative entities of companies in the Andalusian agro-industrial sector of a multi-sector nature and representative organizations of the Andalusian fishing, seafood and processing sector, which meet the requirements established in the Order of February 24, 2022, by which the regulatory bases for the concession are approved of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime to organizations and entities representing the agricultural, fishing and rural development sectors in Andalusia. Third. Object. Contribute to the operation, management and implementation of collaboration, dissemination, transfer of agricultural, agro-industrial or rural development technology activities, and those that promote the defense of the economic and social interests of women who work in the agricultural sector and in rural areas, as well as contribute to the operation, management and implementation of collaboration, dissemination, transfer of fishing technology, the implementation of specific activities of special interest to the Andalusian fishing, shellfish and processing sector and those that promote the defense of the economic and social interests of women who work in the Andalusian fishing, shellfish and processing sectors and promote their integration. Room. Regulatory bases. Order of February 24, 2022, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime to organizations and entities representing the agricultural, fishing and rural development sectors in Andalusia (BOJA no. 43, of March 4, 2022). Fifth. Amount. The allocation of the subsidy line is detailed in the first section of this extract, there being no minimum or maximum amount per beneficiary. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. When during the submission period an interested person submits several applications for aid, the last one submitted within the deadline will be considered to cancel all previous ones. Seventh.
