Extract from the RESOLUTION of March 17, 2026, of the Regional Minister of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Commerce, which calls for aid to professional associations, business associations and professional associations of the Valencian Community aimed at carrying out training actions in the field of disruptive innovation and artificial intelligence, for the year 2026. Beneficiaries Professional associations, business associations and professional associations of the Valencian Community registered in the corresponding registry. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to establish the procedure for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at professional associations, business associations and professional associations to contribute to the financing of expenses incurred as a result of the organization of training activities and events in the field of disruptive innovation and artificial intelligence aimed at the qualification of its members in the Valencian Community in the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases ORDER 4/2023, of May 22, of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, which approves the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies to professional associations, business associations and professional associations of the Valencian Community, aimed at carrying out training actions in the field of disruptive innovation and artificial intelligence. Room. Budget allocation The aid called will be financed from Chapter VII of the Generalitat's expenditure budget for the year 2026, subsidy line: S0515 and budget allocation: 599,419.82 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications The deadline for submission of applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data 1. Applications: the application and the accompanying documentation will be submitted exclusively electronically, through the electronic signature of the requesting entity or the person representing it. For the purposes of participation in this call, it is considered that the very subscription of the application for electronic submission by the requesting entities or by the people who represent them implies the capacity to act necessary to: request the aid, allow access to the Autonomous Interoperability Platform, designate the bank account where the subsidy will be transferred, if applicable, and assume the responsible declarations of non-concurrence of legal cause to obtain the status of beneficiary person (art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies). 2. Documentation to be submitted with the application: that provided for in the sixth resolution of the call. 3. Assessment criteria: aid will be granted on a competitive basis, in accordance with the assessment criteria detailed in article seven of the regulatory bases and in resolution eight of the call. 4. Form of justification: the justification of the supported action must be carried out in accordance with the subsidized project and the terms established in resolution thirteen of the call.
