Official description of the call
First. Object The object of this call is the regulation of the procedure for granting subsidies, by the Barco de Valdeorras City Council, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at AMPAS and non-profit cultural entities that: Are legally constituted for the development of their cultural activity. They have their registered office in this municipal area as well as their facilities (own or not) where they usually carry out their cultural practice. They are carrying out specific work developing cultural promotion and cooperation activities, as well as dissemination and sociocultural animation that contribute to the dissemination and promotion of Galician culture in this City Council, and benefit citizens during the 2025-2026 academic year. Second. Beneficiaries AMPAS and cultural entities that meet the requirements established below may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: Be legally constituted and registered in the case of AMPAS in the Registry of Associations of Galicia, and in the case of cultural entities in the Official Registry of Cultural Entities of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. Have its registered office in the municipality of O Barco de Valdeorras. Habitually carry out their main activity in facilities (whether or not they own it), within the municipality of O Barco de Valdeorras. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, Regional Treasury, General Treasury of Social Security and the City Council of O Barco de Valdeorras, respectively. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies provided for in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia, and article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Have duly justified the expenses corresponding to subsidies previously granted by the O Barco de Valdeorras City Council. Third. Amount The financial allocation of this aid is established for the year 2026 in the following amounts, in budget application 340/48900 within the available credits: AMPAS: €4,410 Cultural entities: €12,500 Fourth. Deadline for submitting applications The non-extendable deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense, through the National Subsidies Database. Fifth. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call that are included in the call itself will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense. Sixth. Other data of interest Concession procedure: competitive competition. Assessment criteria: The assessment criteria for the AMPAS will be the following: According to the proposed activities (for each activity, if it is a traditional Galician activity, if it is a permanent activity (throughout the course), if it is a non-permanent or one-off activity, use of Galician for its dissemination and by number of participants). Depending on the quality of the project (due to the impact of the activities on the community, involvement of members of the entire educational community, other entities, associations or other centers, due to the inclusion of innovative activities or that promote environmental sustainability, due to activities that promote Galician culture or the historical, artistic, cultural or natural heritage of Galicia, due to integration activities for students with functional diversity or special needs).
