Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) First. Beneficiaries. SME companies, natural persons or legal entities, may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 9.1.a) of the Regulatory Order. The requirements and obligations to be a beneficiary, contemplated in articles 9 and 10 of the Regulatory Order, will also apply. The following are excluded from this call: Large companies, as defined in the Annex to the Regulatory Order. Associations, federations, confederations, business groups, unions, professional associations, sports entities, universities, consortia and public sector entities. Communities of goods. Civil societies, except Agrarian Transformation Companies Companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop transformation activities and/or wholesale marketing of the products obtained. Companies whose main activity is framed in the C.N.A.E. 47. (Retail trade) and C.N.A.E. 95.1. (Repair and maintenance of computers and communication equipment). Second. Object. a) The actions described in Annex I of the call will be eligible for subsidies for each of the following types of check: a.1. Checks (Strategic Plans), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.1.1) of the Regulatory Order. a.2. Checks (Technological Plans), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.1.2) of the Regulatory Order. a.3. Checks (Training of professionals), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.2.1) of the Regulatory Order. a.4. Checks (Rules), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.3.1) and 2) of the Regulatory Order. a.5. Checks (Assistance for R&D&I), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.3.1) of the Regulatory Order. a.6. Checks (Efficient processes), the scope of which is provided for in article 5.3. 1) and 2) of the Regulatory Order. b) Only a maximum of two actions per company and call may be subsidized, whether or not they belong to the same type of check, to be submitted by the company in a single aid application. For the purposes of the provisions of the previous paragraph, in the case of professional training checks, the total number of courses or training presented by the beneficiary in the application will be considered a single action. c) The projects or results of the actions to be subsidized will have the objective of being implemented and/or exploited by the applicant company, and this implementation and/or exploitation must be located in the operational centers located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. d) In no case will the following concepts be considered eligible for subsidies: - The provision of services that constitute the corporate purpose or an activity of the company requesting the aid. - Periodic advisory or maintenance activities. e) The minimum eligible expense and/or investment will be 2,000 euros. However, the minimum eligible expense or investment will be 1,000 euros in the case of CHECK STANDARDS for innovative SME certifications, according to AENOR EA 0047 specification; from a young innovative company, according to EA 0043 specification; for the validation or verification of compliance with the DNSH principle by an accredited entity; as well as for the Energy Savings Certificate (CAE). f) Type of Checks and maximum amount of eligible expenses per action: a.1. Checks (Strategic plans): 10,000 euros a.2. Checks (Technological plans): 10,000 euros a.3. Checks (Training of professionals): 10,000 euros a.4. Checks (Standards): 6,000 euros a.5. Checks (Assistance for R&D&I): 4,000 euros a.6. Checks (Efficient processes): 6,000 euros g) Benefits: In accordance with the first section, point 2. c) of the call. h) The modality of participation will be individual. Third. Regulatory bases.
