BDNS 897829 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) First. Beneficiaries. a) Associations or unions of associations legally constituted and with headquarters in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, which act within this territorial scope, and have among their statutory purposes and action programs the carrying out of activities that contribute to the revitalization and promotion of retail commercial activity in La Rioja. b) Local corporations of La Rioja, public law corporations or other non-profit entities that present projects to promote and encourage retail commercial activity. Expressly excluded are: (i) associations or entities whose scope of action exceeds the territory of La Rioja; (ii) associations, unions of associations, corporations or entities whose scope of action is exclusively the municipality of Logroño; and (iii) the Logroño City Council. Second. Object. All actions and current expenses contemplated in article 4.1 of the Regulatory Order will be eligible: - Expenses for revitalization linked to the organization and execution of projects to promote and promote commercial activity such as organization and participation in fairs, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, contests, campaigns aimed at increasing potential demand and modifying purchasing habits, increasing customer information, studies or preparation of comprehensive action plans, and any other that fits the purpose described. - Website design or corporate image when the beneficiary is an association or unions of associations. - External administrative management expenses when the beneficiary is an association or unions of associations. - Management hiring expenses when the beneficiary is an association or unions of associations. Order No. EIE/59/2024, of August 9, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja for commercial revitalization actions, under a competitive competition regime (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 157, of August 13, 2024). Room. Amount. Available credit amount: 250,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day of publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submitting applications will end on June 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Once the deadline for submitting applications has closed, the amount of the eligible investment budget cannot be increased.
