Companies whose main activity is within the retail trade sector that are considered SMEs may be beneficiaries of the aid, that is, those companies that comply with the definition established in Recommendation 2003/361/EC of the Commission on the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (OJEU L 124, of May 20, 2003). The applicant must be registered in the Census of Economic Activities on the closing date of the application submission period provided for in this call.
