Official description of the call
SME companies, natural persons or legal entities, may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 9.1.a) of the Regulatory Order. For action 1, it will be required that the average workforce of the company requesting aid be less than fifty workers, in the period between January 1 and December 31, 2025. The requirements and obligations to be a beneficiary, contemplated in articles 9 and 10 of the Regulatory Order, will also apply. The following are excluded from this call: I. Large companies, as defined in the Annex to the Regulatory Order. II. Associations, federations, confederations, business groups, unions, professional associations, sports entities, universities, consortia and public sector entities. III. Civil societies, except Agrarian Transformation Companies. IV. Communities of goods. V. Companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop transformation activities and/or wholesale marketing of the products obtained. VI. In action 1, companies that have received a subsidy from the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja for this concept. VII. In actions 2 and 4, companies whose corporate purpose or company's own activity is the rental or marketing of machinery and equipment subject to subsidy. Second. Object. The aid contemplated in this call is intended to promote actions that allow companies to create favorable conditions in their workplaces, with healthier and more productive work environments where all workers feel valued and safe. This line of aid seeks to offer the business sector incentives aimed at increasing the competitiveness of companies and implementing innovative measures in the field of safety and equality, as a commitment to the future of companies and the well-being of their staff. The eligible actions may correspond to one or more of the following typologies: a) Action 1. Equality plans, according to the specific conditions established in the first section, point 4.1, of the call. b) Action 2. Measures for the safety of work at height, according to the specific conditions established in the first section, point 4.2, of the call. c) Action 3. Safe removal of asbestos-containing materials, in accordance with the specific conditions established in the first section, point 4.3, of the call. d) Action 4. Acquisition of exoskeletons for ergonomic improvement, according to the specific conditions established in the first section, point 4.4, of the call. Third. Regulatory bases. Order EIE/69/2024, of September 27, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja aimed at promoting business innovation - Innovation Check Program -, under a direct concession regime (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 192, of October 2, 2024). Room. Amount. Available credit amount: 400,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day of publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submitting applications will end at 2:00 p.m. on February 12, 2027. The date of submitting the application will determine the deadline for eligible eligible expenses, without prejudice to the provisions of the Second Section of the Call.
