Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index First. Beneficiaries. Companies may be beneficiaries, individuals or SME and large company legal entities, in accordance with the provisions of article 9.1.a) of the regulatory order. In addition, entities belonging to the public sector, associations that manage technological and/or research centers and innovative business groups (AEI) may be beneficiaries. The requirements and obligations to be a beneficiary, contemplated in articles 9 and 10 of the Regulatory Order, will also apply. The following are excluded from this call: I. Associations that do not manage technology centers, federations, confederations, unions and sports entities. II. Civil societies, except Agrarian Transformation Companies. III. Communities of goods. IV. Companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop transformation activities and/or wholesale marketing of the products obtained. The participation modality will be individual. Second. Object. The implementation of actions aimed at supporting companies in improving their capabilities, in the preparation and participation in European projects and other international technological collaboration frameworks, in the structuring and formalization of international collaboration and technology transfer agreements, as well as in carrying out prior technical validations necessary for decision-making on innovation, will be eligible for subsidies. The eligible actions may correspond to one or more of the following typologies, with the specific conditions provided for in section First, point 4 of the Call. PREPARATION AND STRUCTURING ACTIONS OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL COLLABORATIONS. - Action 1: Applied training for participation in international technological projects and collaborations. - Action 2: Structuring and formalization of collaboration and technology transfer agreements. - Action 3: Previous technical validations linked to a decision of international technological collaboration. - Action 4: Travel expenses linked to actions of preparation and structuring of international technological collaborations. PREPARATION ACTIONS AND PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS TO CALLS. -Action 5: Calls from the European Union and other international technological collaboration frameworks. Third. Accumulation of the phases of granting the subsidy and recognition of the obligation. The phases of granting the subsidy and recognition of the obligation will be accumulated, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of article 20.2 of the Regulatory Order. The beneficiary must submit, together with the subsidy application, in addition to the documentation required in article 16.4 of the regulatory Order, the general justification documentation referred to in article 22 of said Order, and section First, point 9 of the call. The phases of granting the subsidy and recognition of the obligation will not be accumulated in those applications of Action 5 that, at the closing date of the call, do not have the official evaluation of the proposal.
