Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio) First. Beneficiaries: Companies, natural persons or legal entities of SME and large company size, may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 9.1.a) of the Regulatory Order. The requirements and obligations to be a beneficiary, contemplated in articles 9 and 10 of the Regulatory Order, will also apply. The following are excluded from this call: Associations, federations, confederations, business groups, unions, professional associations, sports entities, consortia, universities, and public sector entities. Civil societies, except Agrarian Transformation Companies. Communities of goods. Companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop transformation activities and/or wholesale marketing of the products obtained. Companies whose main activity is framed in the C.N.A.E. 47. (Retail trade) and C.N.A.E. 95. (Repair and maintenance of computers, personal items and household goods and motor vehicles and motorcycles). Second. Purpose: a) The following Checks will be eligible for subsidy, as described in the first section, point 2.a), of the call, whose purpose and particular conditions are described in Annex I of the same: a.1. Checks (Proof of concept – R&D&i projects) a.2. Checks (Product Design) In both cases, the costs of external expert consulting and the costs of personnel dedicated to the project in the form of salaries and wages and Social Security paid by the company may be subsidized. Third. General requirements and conditions. The minimum eligible expense and/or investment will be 5,000 euros. Only one application per beneficiary will be accepted. Each Check request will include only a single action. The proposals must present something new for the company, where it makes a qualitative leap with respect to the initial situation, as described in the first section, point 2.b.2) of the call. For this call, a fixed subsidy rate of 50% is established, subject to the de minimis regime, with the following limits of eligible expenditure per action: - 60,000 euros for Checks (Proof of concept – R&D&I projects). - 30,000 euros for Checks (Product Design). Within the above limits and for each of the types of expenditure foreseen, the maximum eligible expenditure amount for the external expert consultancy will not exceed 14,500 euros, and in the case of personnel costs it will not exceed 45,500 euros for the Tests of Concept - R&D&I Projects checks, and 15,500 euros for the Product Design checks. The corresponding costs incurred from December 13, 2025, inclusive, will be eligible for subsidies. The participation modality will be individual. Room. Regulatory bases: Order EIE/69/2024, of September 27, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja for the promotion of business innovation "Innovation Check Program", under a direct concession regime (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 192, of October 2, 2024). Fifth. Amount: Amount of available credit: 800,000 euros. Sixth. Application submission period: The application submission period will begin on the day of publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, at 9:00 am.
