Beneficiary Persons To obtain the status of beneficiary of these subsidies, the mediator must have been designated in accordance with the provisions of the second transitional provision of Decree 55/2021, by the Mediation Center of the Valencian Community of the existing shift systems in the respective provincial audiences of the Valencian Community. Second. Object and purpose of the aid It is the object of this resolution to call for the 2026 financial year the subsidies regulated in Chapter VIII and in the second transitional provision of Decree 55/2021, of April 23, of the Consell, approving the Mediation Regulation of the Valencian Community (hereinafter Decree 55/2021), in accordance with the provisions of article 41 of the Law 24/2018, of December 5, mediated by the Valencian Community. The subsidies are intended to cover the professional actions carried out in an intrajudicial mediation procedure, by the mediator designated by the Valencian Community Mediation Center, in accordance with the provisions of article 45.1 of Decree 55/2021. The indicated free intrajudicial mediation actions, accrued in accordance with the provisions of article 45.2 of Decree 55/2021, will be eligible for subsidy. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 55/2021, of April 23, of the Consell, approving the Mediation Regulations of the Valencian Community (https://dogv.gva.es/es/eli/es-vc/d/2021/04/23/55/dof/spa/html) Fourth. Financing and amount of aid The amounts intended to cover eligible actions will be financed from subsidy line S0519, "Subsidy for intrajudicial mediation actions in the Valencian Community", from chapter IV of the Department of Justice, Transparency and Participation, budgetary application G0107.02.02.112F00 of the budgets of the Generalitat for for the year 2025, extended in accordance with Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, and the amount of which amounts to €14,680. The financial amount intended to cover the actions of each requesting mediator will be determined in accordance with the criteria established in article 46 of Decree 55/2021 and in the seventh resolution of the call resolution. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting: a) From the day following the end of the intrajudicial mediation procedure, or from the day following the day on which the last information session ends, in those cases in which the intrajudicial mediation procedure has not been held after the completion of this session. b) From the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, in those cases in which the intrajudicial mediation procedures, or the last information session in the event that the intrajudicial mediation procedure had not been held, had ended in the period between January 1, 2026 and that of the publication of this resolution, both inclusive.
