Extract from the rules of the call for birth subsidies in kind approved in a plenary session on March 31, 2026 First. Object. Regulation of aid in kind for birth in the municipality of Nàquera through competitive competition. The subsidy will consist of a birth basket that will contain baby care products. Second. Legal Regime. Third. Budget Credits and amount of aid. The budgetary application of expenses to which the subsidy is attributed is the item: 231.48000 Newborn aid - Total amount 6,000 euros Each aid will be valued at €70 Fourth. Beneficiaries and requirements. Beneficiaries will be the parents, adopters or foster parents of children, holders of the family book or birth certificate in which their birth or adoption is registered, or families fostering a minor (lasting more than 6 months) and who meet the following requirements: a) The date of birth of the baby must be between December 1, 2025 and December 20, 2026. b) The minor must be registered in Náquera. At least one parent or legal guardian of the minor must also be registered in the municipality one year before the application. This condition must be maintained for at least one year after the grant. Fifth.- Deadline to request aid. The deadline for submitting applications will begin to run from the day following the publication of the aforementioned call in the BOP until December 31, 2026. Sixth. Applications and Documentation.
