BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias Primero. Beneficiary entities 1. Local entities of the Valencian Community whose population, as of January 1 of the year corresponding to this call, is less than 2,000 inhabitants, may obtain the status of beneficiary entities of the subsidies relating to care programs for the elderly and the rural world. 2. Local entities must comply with the obligations established in Law 1/2022, of April 13, of the Generalitat, on transparency and good governance of the Valencian Community. Likewise, they must be up to date with the obligation to render annual accounts before the Sindicatura de Comptes, which will be accredited by certification issued for this purpose by the aforementioned entity, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement of May 21, 2015, of the Consell de la Sindicatura de Comptes, in relation to article 199.4 of Law 8/2010, of June 23, on the local regime of the Valencian Community and the 14.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Fulfillment of the conditions to have beneficiary status will refer to the end date of the application submission period. 3. Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. Second. Purpose To call for subsidies to finance programs to care for the elderly and the rural world for the year 2026. Third. Financing The subsidies contained in this call will be granted from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2026, resulting from the extension of the budgets for the year 2025, regulated by Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, which establishes the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2025, until entry in force of the budgets for 2026 (DOGV No. 10272 – 12/31/2025), section G0116, service 03, management center 01 and budget subprogram 313.F00 “Older people”, chapter IV, in the budget line and for the amounts detailed below: Denomination: Care programs for older people and the world rural Subsidy line: S1126 Budget allocation: €500,000.00 Fourth: Eligible expenses 1. Eligible expenses will be considered: personnel expenses and general expenses for its operation, realization and fulfillment of its objectives that have been carried out and accrued in the period between January 1 and December 31, 2026. Proof of payment of invoices will be accepted until the January 31, 2027: a) Personnel Expenses: 1st. The salary remuneration of personnel hired by the same entity, attributable to the implementation of the project, in a regular contracting situation. In this section of personnel expenses, the following may be allocated: remuneration and personnel expenses directly linked to the development of the project. Gross salaries, Social Security contributions paid by the company and other salary costs such as extraordinary payments, and other remuneration derived from the applicable labor regulations, generated during the execution period and depending on the percentage of dedication to the 2nd project, will be eligible for subsidies. Expenses derived from professional or healthcare personnel hired through a service provision contract during the duration of the program. b) General Expenses: 1st. Current expenses are those that meet any of the following characteristics: being fungible goods, having a foreseeable duration of less than the financial year, not being susceptible to inclusion in inventory or being foreseeably repetitive expenses. 2nd. Maintenance expenses strictly necessary to achieve the purpose and object of the subsidy: rent, electricity, water, telephone, cleaning or similar. 3rd. Transportation expenses will be eligible for subsidies charged to this type of expenses for the transportation of those assigned to the project being executed.
