Official description of the call
First. Regulatory Bases. Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships in the different subjects within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population (published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 106 dated August 21, 2020). Second. Object. The reason that justifies this scholarship is to promote technical training and provide the necessary knowledge to the beneficiary to carry out field tests, as well as tests on oil production. Specifically, the beneficiary will support the regional project that is currently underway, which aims, on the one hand, to study the agronomic and productive behavior of the minority varieties recovered in La Rioja, and on the other hand, to test modern techniques for producing virgin olive oil, in the Experimental Mill of La Grajera. In addition, you will participate in any other work or project that arises throughout your training period, within the framework of olive growing and elaiotechnics. Third. Beneficiaries. Due to the characteristics of the purpose of the scholarship, people with a university degree in EXPERIMENTAL, AGRICULTURAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH and related SCIENCES may apply for this training scholarship, who must meet the requirements determined in article 2 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15. Room. Amount. For the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, expenditure in the amount of 13,594.08 euros is approved, charged to budget items 05.02.02.4611.488.00, project 80005.3, for the years 2026 and 2027, as detailed: 2026: €6,797.04 2027: €6,797.04 Total: €13,594.08 This amount is the result of adding 12 financial compensations of €1,122.00 (from which your Social Security contribution and the corresponding personal income tax withholdings will be deducted), plus the company's €10.84 monthly Social Security contribution. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b, 20.8.a and 23.2.g of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call. Applications and Documentation. Applications will be submitted, according to the standardized model that will be available in the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja, and will be accompanied by a copy of the curriculum and academic record, as well as any documents deemed appropriate to prove their knowledge in the subject, according to article 6.1 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15. The applications, together with the documentation, will be addressed to the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment and must be submitted to the following places: - Auxiliary Registry Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment, Avda. Logroño). - In any of the Citizen Service Offices of the Government of La Rioja. - By any other of the forms established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, as well as in article 6 of Decree 58/2004, of October 29, (BOR. no. 144 of November 9, 2004), which regulates the Registry in the scope of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and its Public Organizations. 3. Grant procedure. As established in article 1 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, this scholarship will be processed on a competitive basis. 4. Selection process. For the granting of this aid and in accordance with the provisions of articles 7 to 9 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, applications will be evaluated and selected based on the assigned scale.
