Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/) First. - Beneficiaries: a) Aid program for the acquisition of land in industrial estates. In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Order EIE/24/2024, of April 22. b) Program for the rehabilitation, maintenance and modernization of existing industrial estates. In accordance with the provisions of article 11 of Order EIE/24/2024, of April 22. c) Investment aid program to improve the competitiveness of companies. In accordance with the provisions of Section One, point 4.8 of the call. Second. - Purpose: Promote investment projects to improve the competitiveness of companies, through one of the following programs: a) Aid program for the acquisition of land in industrial estates, under the specific conditions established in section One, point 2 of the call. b) Program for the rehabilitation, maintenance and modernization of existing industrial estates, under the specific conditions established in section One, point 3 of the call. c) Investment aid program to improve the competitiveness of companies, under the specific conditions established in section One, point 4 of the call. Third. - Regulatory bases: Order EIE/24/2024, of April 22, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja, intended for the acquisition of industrial land and investment projects to improve the competitiveness of companies, subject to the de minimis regime, in a direct concession regime (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 80, of April 24, 2024). Room. - Amount: Amount of available credit: 5,100,000.00 euros. a) Aid program for the acquisition of land in industrial estates: 2,200,000.00 euros. b) Program for the rehabilitation, maintenance and modernization of existing industrial estates: 1,500,000.00 euros. c) Investment aid program to improve the competitiveness of companies: 1,400,000.00 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day of publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submitting applications will end at 2:00 p.m. on December 11, 2026. Investments and expenses incurred since December 13, 2025 may be subsidized. For aid programs aimed at acquiring land in industrial estates and rehabilitation, maintenance and modernization of industrial estates, only one application per beneficiary and call will be accepted. For the investment aid program to improve the competitiveness of companies, two applications will be accepted per company and call. Once the deadline for submitting applications has closed, the amount of the eligible investment budget cannot be increased. Sixth. - Telematic processing of subsidy files (mandatory), in accordance with Order 1/2017, of March 7, Department of Economic Development and Innovation, which regulates electronic processing in the procedures for granting subsidies and granting loans of the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (B.O.R no. 29/2017, of March 10). - Means of notification: In accordance with the provisions of the first section, point 10, of the call. Seventh. - Other data of interest: - Call.- Interested parties will also be able to access the full text of the Call Resolution and the Order regulating aid through the website of the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (www.ader.es) - Concession procedure. - The granting of subsidies will be carried out under a direct concession regime.
