In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/) First. - Beneficiaries: Small and medium-sized industrial, extractive, processing and service companies, as well as wholesale and retail trade. The beneficiary of the subsidy must be registered in the Census of Economic Activities in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, in an heading corresponding to one of the subsidized activities, at the time of formalizing the loan. Second. - Purpose: Facilitate companies' access to bank loans formalized between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, through one of the following subprograms: Subprogram 1: Loans for investments. Subprogram 2: Loans to support working capital.
