Official description of the call
First. Regulatory Bases. Order 12/2016, of April 25, (BOR. No. 48 of 04/27/2016) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to Local Entities integrated into the Regional Cameroon Hunting Reserve – Demand, modified by Order AGR/5/2019, of February 19. Second. Object. Call for the aid regulated by Order 12/2016, of April 25, for the year 2026. This subsidy is intended for carrying out works to improve, conserve and manage hunting resources, as well as the adaptation of infrastructure and equipment in Local Entities integrated into the Cameros Regional Hunting Reserve – Demanda. Third. Beneficiaries. The City Councils and Associations of municipalities integrated into the Cameros Regional Hunting Reserve - Demand, and that maintain inhabited population centers, may apply for these subsidies, in accordance with Law 2/1973, of March 17, creating thirteen national hunting reserves. Room. Amount. Approve the expenditure of all the funds available to finance these aid, in the 2026 call. Call for subsidies intended to finance works to improve, preserve and manage hunting resources, as well as the adaptation of infrastructure and equipment, for a total amount of 309,200 euros distributed as follows: Item: 05.06.4712.461.04: 2,150 euros. 05.06.4712.761.02: 279,150 euros. 05.06.4712.462.04: 320 euros. 05.06.4712.762.02: 27,580 euros. of project 80702.3 of the expense budget of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment corresponding to the year 2026. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Other information of interest. Call Resolution. The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja Subsidies to Local Entities integrated into the Regional Hunting Reserve Cameros-Demanda Requests. The legal nature of the beneficiaries, or those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, applications must be submitted electronically. If the interested party does not have an Enabled Electronic Address (DEH) in the electronic notification system of this Administration, they must process the registration at the web address: www.larioja.org/notificacións, or request the managing body to process said registration at the email address area.cazaypesca@larioja.org, indicating the email address that they intend to be enabled. Through this email address you will be notified, on an informative and non-binding basis, of the notifications available to you from the DEH. Documentation. Along with the application, the documentation referred to in article 11 of the Regulatory Order must be submitted. The awards of the works will comply with the provisions of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts regarding maximum amounts authorized for each type of contracting. Regarding the documentation to be provided, it must be taken into account that when the amount of the eligible expense exceeds the limits of the minor contract, that is, it is for an amount equal to or greater than 40,000 euros in the case of works or equal to or greater than 15,000 euros for supplies or services, the interested party must request at least three offers from different suppliers under the conditions established in article 31.3 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16. The subsidy applications and documentation indicated will be addressed to the General Director of Natural Environment and Landscape in the models available in the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja https://web.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/ Concession procedure.
