Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries City councils, associations and consortiums in the province of Valencia that have one or more ethnological museums or permanent ethnographic collections will be eligible for this call for subsidies. There must be recognition, or the request for recognition must have been made without an express resolution having been issued by the Generalitat Valenciana, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/1998, of June 11, of the Valencian Cultural Heritage, and in the Order of February 6, 1991, of the Department of Culture, Education and Science on the recognition of museums and permanent museographic collections (DOGV of February 28, 1991). Second. Purpose In accordance with the provisions of articles 1.2.1 (carrying out cultural activities) and 1.2.3 (museum activities and heritage dissemination) of the OGS, the object of these subsidies is the carrying out of traditional or popular culture, maintenance, museographic, educational, cultural or dissemination activities by local ethnological museums. Third. Regulatory bases The General Subsidies Ordinance (OGS) of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by agreement of the Plenary of March 28, 2017, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 101, of May 29, 2017, the consolidated text of which can be consulted, for information purposes, in the subsidies section of the transparency portal of the Valencia Provincial Council. Room. Financing and amount The financing of the global expense of 184,000 euros derived from the concession will be made effective from the Budget of the Provincial Council of Valencia for the year 2026, in accordance with the following distribution: a) Amount of 175,000 euros to the budget application 301.33302.46200 (“To City Councils”). b) Amount of 4,000 euros to budget application 301.33302.46300 (“To associations”). c) Amount of 5,000 euros to budget application 301.33302.46700 (“A Consortiums”). Own financing is not required. However, the beneficiaries may complement the subsidy granted with their own financial resources or from other legally accepted financing sources, in order to cover those expenses that exceed the subsidized amount or that are not covered by the amount finally awarded. The determination of the individual amount will be made according to the score obtained by applying the award criteria that appear in the call. For the purposes of calculating the value of the point, the applicants will be divided into each heading and will compete among themselves according to the budget application to which the expense must be allocated. Each applicant will attend only with the rest of those included in their group and in the heading or modality requested. Fifth. Submission of applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The applications, addressed to the president of the Provincial Council, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Valencia (www.sede.dival.es), in the City Councils folder. In these, it will be responsibly declared that the entity is not subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary, provided for in article 13 of the LGS and in article 6 of the OGS. In the event that several applications are submitted within the deadline, the last one submitted will be deemed valid. The following documentation must be attached to the applications: a) Document accrediting the recognition of the museum or permanent museum collection by the Generalitat Valenciana. If they had made the request for recognition without an express resolution having been issued by the Generalitat Valenciana, a copy of the aforementioned request. b) Project of activities that must expressly include at least the following points: • Description of the project with reference to the museum (or museums) or permanent ethnographic collection (or collections) object of attention. • Express reference to the data that allows
