Official description of the call
First. - Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the public call, by the Provincial Council of Ourense, for the processing and granting of individual aid, under a non-competitive competition regime, intended for individuals over 65 years of age, who need to adapt their habitual residence in order to improve their autonomy and/or acquire technical aid, in order to promote their stay in their home in safe conditions, improving their quality of life and ensuring their permanence in their environment. social and family life for as long as possible. Second. – Beneficiaries. Those people who are over 65 years of age may obtain a subsidy as beneficiaries. That they are registered in a municipality in the province of Ourense with less than 20,000 inhabitants at the time of the application. With an annual income less than or equal to three times the public multiple-effect income indicator (IPREM). That they enjoy, under ownership, usufruct or lease, the home being renovated and this is their habitual residence. This must match the one that appears in the municipal registry of the applicant. Third. – Amount and management of subsidies. The concession procedure will be non-competitive competition. The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the amount requested, with a maximum limit of 2,500.00 euros per applicant. The amount corresponding to current expenses may not exceed 20% of the total amount of the requested subsidy, and the remaining percentage must be allocated to investment expenses, in accordance with the following: Current expenses: those intended for maintenance actions, minor repairs or adaptations of a non-structural nature. Investment expenses: those destined for larger reforms, improvements. For the purposes of this aid, the VAT included in the invoice will be considered eligible. Quarter. - Applications: deadlines, place of submission and documentation: 4.1.- To submit the application, the standardized form that is accessible from the website of the Provincial Council of Ourense must be used: http://www.depourense.gal Applications may be submitted: With an electronic certificate. Through digital voice identification, in case the interested person does not have an electronic certificate. Before any of the valid records included in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of public administrations, together with the application form, the interested party, in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. 4.2.- The non-extendable submission period will be 1 month from the seventh calendar day following the publication of the extract of these bases from 10:00 am. For these purposes, the last day of the deadline will be understood to be the same ordinal day as the day of publication. If the last day of the period is not a business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the month of expiration there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month. 4.3.- Documentation to present, along with the application form: If the consultation is not authorized, you must present: Copy of ID. Copy of the registration certificate of the applicant. Income certificate of the applicant, corresponding to the year 2025, issued by the AEAT. Company budget(s), issued in the name of the applicant, which must include a detailed description of the actions to be carried out. Accrediting and reliable documentation of the ownership, usufruct or lease of the home that is the subject of the subsidy. Fifth. – Eligible expenses.
