Call 2027 - Pilot and emblematic projects Demographic Challenge

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Any natural or legal person of a public or private nature who meets the requirements established in the Order may be beneficiaries of the aid, in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Order ATP/25/2021, of May 26. In any case, the provisions of article 1 and article 2.e) of Order ATP/25/2021, of May 26, will be taken into account, which establishes that in each project two other agents who are committed to the dissemination, dissemination and promotion of the project must intervene alongside the applicant. These agents, hereinafter cooperating agents, who again may be public or private in nature, will sign a letter of support for the project, describing the contribution of means that they will make, if applicable. The Government of La Rioja may appear as one of these cooperating agents, through those Ministries that are sectorally involved in the initiative, although in this case any additional aid to that requested in the initiative is declared incompatible. These cooperating agents will not in any case have the status of beneficiaries of the aid, and will not be able to receive the amount thereof, nor will they be a collaborating entity for the purposes of those provided for in current regulations on subsidies. In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Order ATP/25/2021, each applicant may present a maximum of 2 projects in this call. Second. Object. Call for the granting of subsidies for the year 2027 in accordance with Order ATP/25/2021, of May 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to pilot and emblematic projects for the revitalization of rural areas in the face of the demographic challenge and depopulation. Third. Regulatory bases. By Order ATP/25/2021, of May 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to pilot and emblematic projects for the revitalization of rural areas in the face of the demographic challenge and depopulation (modified by Order PID/43/2025, of July 16), the regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid, in the form of a subsidy, are determined to support the development of pilot and emblematic projects for the revitalization of the rural environment in the face of depopulation and the demographic challenge. Room. Amount: The expense is approved for the call for subsidies for the year 2027, for a total amount of 1,000,000.00 euros with the following distribution by fiscal years and budget items of the 2027 annuity. The expense provided for in the previous sections may be increased by an additional indeterminate amount, under the conditions provided for in article 23 bis of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Selection criteria. In accordance with the provisions of article 9 of the Regulatory Order, to prioritize applications, the established criteria will be taken into account.
