CALL FOR THE GRANT OF AID FOR SOCIAL INSERTION AND SOCIAL EMERGENCY FOR THE YEAR 2026. 1. OBJECT The City Council of Nigrán calls for the granting of aid or subsidies with the aim of satisfying the valued pecuniary needs of individuals or families who find themselves in deprived situations, as well as stimulating their social and labor incorporation. 2. REGULATIONS AND REGULATORY BASES This call will be governed by the ordinance regulating the granting of aid for social insertion and social emergency, approved by this City Council in a plenary session on 04/06/2026 published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra No. 102 of 06/01/2026, and the full text published on the electronic headquarters of the Nigrán City Council (http:\\nigran.sedelectronica.org section “Transparency Portal”), Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves its regulations. in addition to that provided for in Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician subsidies (LSG). 3. BENEFICIARIES Individuals may benefit from social emergency aid for themselves or for their family unit. A family unit will be understood as one formed by more than one person whose members, in addition to living in the same home, are united by marital or analogous relationship, adoptive or consanguinity up to the second degree or affinity in the first degree. The holders of the right to economic benefits, up to the moment and within the economic limits allowed by each call, are the people who meet the following requirements and comply with what is established in these bases: - Be a person of legal age or an emancipated minor. - Be registered persons and have effective residence in the Nigrán City Council with a minimum notice of 6 months at the time of the application. - Not having sufficient income to meet the expenses derived from the social emergency situation, according to what is established in these rules. This aid will not be accessible when aid of this same type previously granted has not been duly justified. 4. REQUIREMENTS AND INCOME COMPUTATION For its part, section. 5 “computation of income” of the same bases establishes that in order to benefit from the aid, the economic income of family units based on the number of members thereof may not in any case exceed the limits established in a table that is incorporated, taking as a reference the IPREM and increasing by 10% in the case of single-family situations, 35% in the case of families with two members, 45% in families with 3 and 4 members respectively, and in those of 5 members onwards also 50% respectively, taking as reference the IPREM values for 2026. 5. BUDGET The amount of the call amounts to: - €28,000, for current spending, charged to budget application 231-48000 of the 2026 General Budget. - €5,600, for investment, charged to the budget application 231-78000 of the 2026 General Budget. This amount includes the subsidy granted by the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, in relation to current expenses and capital expenses, for the amount of €9,200 and €4,600, respectively. 6. AMOUNT OF AID 1. The amount of aid will be modulated based on the specific concept of the need, the achievement of the objective of satisfying or helping to cover the need, the expense necessary to satisfy it, and the socioeconomic situation of the applicant. 2. In general, a maximum of two emergency aid per year may be granted to each family unit.
