From June 3, 2026, Minister of Social Policy, Families and Equality, call for subsidies to carry out general interest programs of social interest for Third Sector Entities of A.S. in the Region of Murcia 0.7% Personal Income Tax, year 2026

Official description of the call

First. Object, purpose and scope of application. 1.- The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at Entities of the Third Sector of Social Action (ETSAS) for the implementation of programs of general interest considered to be of social interest, charged to the tax allocation of 0.7% of the Personal Income Tax and the Corporate Tax, in the territorial scope of the Region of Murcia. 2.- The subsidies subject to this call will be used to carry out activities of general interest, including investments, to cover the specific needs of social assistance aimed at caring for people in situations of poverty and social exclusion or who are in other situations of special vulnerability, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Second. Legal regime of the call. This call will be governed by the provisions of the aforementioned Regulatory Bases; Law 7/2005, of November 18; Law 38/2003, of November 17; Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (hereinafter RD 887/2006, of July 21) and supplementarily Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (hereinafter LPAC), as well as any other provision or rule of the legal system that results from application. Third. Beneficiary entities The entities and organizations specified in article 3 of the Regulatory Bases and in accordance with the requirements demanded therein may access the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call. The activities that are the subject of the projects presented and the services and centers where they are carried out must be authorized in the Registry of Social Centers and Services of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (hereinafter RCSS) prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution for the granting of this subsidy. Room. Axes and action programs that are considered financeable. The axes and programs that are considered financeable under these subsidies are those contained in Annex I of this call. Subsidy lines: Subsidy line A: Each applicant entity may present projects, regardless of their amount and the municipalities where they are executed. Subsidy line B: only projects that are carried out exclusively in municipalities with up to 20,000 inhabitants and in the case of associations of social services even exceeding said population may be submitted. Subsidy line C: only projects whose total cost is equal to or less than 50,000 euros may be submitted. Each applicant entity may submit only one project per executing entity. Fifth. Imputation and budget limits. These subsidies will be granted from the appropriation established in budget items 18.04.00.313R.481.99 (budget project no. 44659) and 18.04.00.313R.781.99 (budget project no. 44660), for amounts of €12,000,000.00 and €787,500.00 respectively, from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the financial year 2025, extended during the financial year 2026 by Order of December 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance, European Funds and Digital Transformation. Prior to the resolution to grant the subsidies, the maximum total amount may be increased when, without the need for a new call and without this implying opening a new period for submitting applications, the finalist contribution of the General State Administration is greater than the credits initially set in this call. The additional amount will be equal to the difference between the final contribution and the aforementioned initial credits. The new amount resulting from the increase must be communicated to the National Subsidies Database and published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, prior to the granting resolution. The subsidies granted will be granted up to the limit of the final budget allocation existing in each of the aforementioned items, as long as the legal requirements established in the applicable legislation, in the Bases, are met.
