First. Regulatory Bases. By Order AGM/5/2024, of February 13, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment, which approves the regulatory bases for aid for investments in modernization and improvement of agricultural holdings (BOR no. 32, of February 14, 2024), the bases for the granting of financial aid to support the modernization of agricultural production by its owners, in the terms provided for in the regional intervention of the CAP Strategic Plan. The granting of subsidies for the year 2027 is called for the aid established in Section 2 of Chapter II “Aid for investments in associative entities” in accordance with Order AGM 5/2024, of February 13.
