In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call for subsidies is published to facilitate the comprehensive recovery of women victims of gender violence for the year 2026, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es/). FIRST. OBJECT. The call for subsidies is made to facilitate the comprehensive recovery of women victims of gender violence who, as a consequence of this, are in a situation of economic vulnerability in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and which must be destined to carry out the activities that constitute the eligible expenses provided for in article 4 of the regulatory bases, and this with the purpose of facilitating their comprehensive process of psychosocial recovery and supporting the beginning of an independent life that allows them to overcome the circle of violence, for the fiscal year 2026. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES. Women victims of gender violence who, as a consequence of this, are in a situation of economic vulnerability in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and meet the requirements set forth in article 2 of the Decree establishing the regulatory bases for subsidies to facilitate the comprehensive recovery of women victims of gender violence, may be beneficiaries. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. The call will be governed by the rules contained in Decree 115/2026, of June 2, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to facilitate the comprehensive recovery of women victims of gender violence and approves the first call. Article 7 of the aforementioned bases regulates the granting and call procedure, establishing that it will be a direct grant through an open call since these are subsidies aimed at a vulnerable group with predefined characteristics and whose potential beneficiaries can meet the requirements demanded in the regulatory bases at any period of the year and who constitute an indeterminate plurality of people who require an agile and immediate response that can only be provided through the use of this type of procedures. The credit available for the execution of the call amounts to an amount of 1,759,773.00 euros, which will be paid from budget application 02101/253A/48000, financing fund TE25006001 and project 20190446 called “State Pact Against Gender Violence” of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura 2024, extended from January 1, 2026 until, where appropriate, the approval and entry into force of the General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026. These amounts may be increased depending on budget availability. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS.
