Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiaries. Those people up to and including 35 years of age who are in possession of a university degree or degree may benefit from this aid. Second. Purpose of the aid. Number, amount and duration. Through this call, a maximum of 350 grants will be granted to contribute to the expenses incurred by the preparation of selective tests for access to the different bodies or scales of the professional classification group A of the Generalitat administration, convened by the Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration. These aid will consist of a financial award of €700 (seven hundred euros) per month for the entire eligible period which, for this call, extends from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027. Third. Distribution of aid. Reserve for people with functional diversity Of the 350 aid planned, 7% are specifically reserved for people who can prove a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% and meet the rest of the requirements for access to public employment. Only one of the convened routes may be chosen, which are incompatible and independent of each other, it being understood that applicants who expressly allege their status as a person with functional diversity in the application for participation are eligible for this specific reservation. Room. Regulatory bases. By Decree 26/2019, of March 1, of the Consell (DOGV no. 8504 of 03/12/2019), modified by Decree 104/2020, of August 7 (DOGV no. 8880 of 08/12/2020) and by Decree 81/2023, of 26 of May (DOGV no. 9607 of 05/31/2023), the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the preparation of selective tests for access to the different bodies or scales of professional classification group A of the Generalitat administration were approved. Fifth. Financing. This call is multi-year in nature and for the granting of the planned aid, a maximum total amount of €2,940,000 (two million nine hundred and forty thousand euros) will be allocated from the budget application G01060401.121C00, subsidy line S0518 “Scholarships for competition preparation” for the years 2026 and 2027, with the following distribution by annuities: - €490,000 (four hundred and ninety thousand euros), charged to the budget allocation for the financial year 2026. - €2,450,000 (two million four hundred and fifty thousand euros), charged to the budget allocation for the financial year 2027. Sixth. Form and deadline for submitting applications. 1. Applicants will submit, exclusively electronically, a single application in a standardized form, which must be completed in its entirety within a period of 10 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. 2. Said document will be accessible from the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, https://sede.gva.es, in the section corresponding to the convening Ministry. 3. In order to reduce administrative burdens on interested persons, no documentation will be attached to the applications, which will be required in a later phase only from those applicants that the assessment commission determines through the publication of the provisional lists, based on the alleged score, in accordance with the provisions of resolution nine point 2. 4. To make the presentation electronically, the applicant may use the electronic certificates incorporated into the national identity document, the recognized electronic certificates and those advanced electronic signature systems that are admitted by the Administration according to current regulations. 5. The presentation of the application may be accredited by the receipt issued by the electronic registry and will produce legal effects for the calculation of deadlines from the date of entry recorded in said receipt.
