Beneficiary entities Any entity or legal person, of a private nature, including groups without legal personality, non-profit entities, individual entrepreneurs, as well as the institutional public sector of any Public Administrations referred to in article 2.2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. Those who find themselves in any of the situations established in base 4 of the Annex to the Resolution of regulatory bases will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of this aid. Second. Purpose The actions that may be supported will be those that produce quantifiable savings in energy and CO2 emissions, and that are justified by documentation. Likewise, they must comply with current legislation that affects them for the calculation and development of energy efficiency measures. In the event that there are no applicable regulations or legislation, the best available technology (BAT) will be used. The minimum economic-energy ratio will be 150 toe/M€ (annual primary energy savings/eligible investment). The measurement of the energy savings obtained by the application of this call will be calculated following the calculation methodology indicated in Annex V of Directive 2012/27/EU, of October 25, 2012. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are those approved by Resolution of August 18, 2025, published in DOGV number 10179, of August 25, 2025. These bases establish the conditions of the IVACE aid in matters of energy efficiency in companies, in matters not provided for in the call. Room. Amount The total amount of the call is 2,520,000 euros and is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the FEDER 2021-2027 Valencian Community Programme, within political objective 2 "A greener, low-carbon Europe in transition to an economy with zero net carbon emissions and resilient", and within the framework of specific objective 2.1. "Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions." The maximum amount of aid will be 35% of the eligible cost in the case of projects that are located in assisted areas that comply with the conditions of article 107, paragraph 3, letter c) of the Treaty, and may be increased by 10 percentage points in the case of aid granted to medium-sized companies and 20 percentage points in the case of aid granted to small companies or non-economic activities carried out by non-profit entities and institutions. with a maximum of 400,000 euros per investment project. However, if there is an exhaustion of the available budget before the closing of the call, applications submitted until the end date of the application submission period may continue to be registered on the provisional reserve list, and will be attended to in strict order of entry in the event of rejections, withdrawals, renunciations or revocations of previous aid that could free up the budget, or in the case of an increase in the available credit, in accordance with the provisions of resolution 2 of the call. After the closing date of the call, no more reservation requests will be registered, even if a release of budget credit occurs after the call. Sixth. Other information 1.
