Official description of the call

The Local Government Board, through agreements adopted on June 12, 2026, approved the call for the granting of subsidies to non-profit federated sports clubs and associations, for the year 2026, the extract of which is the following: 1.- Object A) The object of this call is to establish the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to be granted by the Department of Sports of the Hon. Lorca City Council during the year 2026 to federated, non-profit clubs and associations that are legally constituted and with registered office in Lorca, in addition to developing their actions in the municipality of Lorca. The entities must have a sports federation or sports specialty recognized by the Higher Sports Council, in order to finance actions related to the development of programs and activities that promote facilitating access to sports practice for all citizens, as well as for the development and promotion of Sports Schools. B) The subsidies to be granted will be charged to the appropriation established in the budget for the year 2026, expense item 60,341,489. C) The maximum amount to be distributed will be TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EUROS € “217,500.00” €. Accounting File No. 2/2026000005721 2nd.- Place and deadline for submitting applications. Entities that wish to take part in this call must request it through a standardized application, according to Annex I included in these rules, and which will be provided to them at the Sports Department of the Lorca City Council, located at Alameda de la Constitución, s/n, Casa del Deporte, Lorca, and may also access it through the municipal website www.lorca.es. Applications will be submitted by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, it being essential that the date of receipt in the corresponding public body appears in the application. The deadline for submitting applications will be TWENTY CALENDAR DAYS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. The call will be published in the BDNS, in accordance with the procedure established in article 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and can also be obtained on the website www.deportes.lorca.es 3º.- Other information The full text of the call, the standardized application models and the reference to the corresponding information services are available at: Sports Department of the Lorca City Council, located in Alameda de la Constitución, s/n, Casa del Deporte, Lorca Website of the Lorca City Council, www.lorca.es. Against the agreements of the Local Government Board, which exhaust the administrative route, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed, on an optional basis, within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM, or a contentious-administrative appeal, within a period of two months from the day following said publication.
