CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO PROMOTE ASSOCIATIONS AND POPULAR CELEBRATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY (2026) Call for the granting of subsidies to promote associations and popular celebrations of the municipality in the year 2026, in accordance with the specific bases incorporated as Annex IV of the execution bases of the General Budget of the City Council of Nigrán for the year 2026, with the text that is inserted below: 1. OBJECT The City Council of Nigrán calls for the granting of subsidies with the objective of supporting the development of programs or activities to promote and consolidate associations in the municipality (section 4.1 of the specific bases), as well as to support the conservation and consolidation of the traditional festivals that take place throughout the year in the different parishes of the municipality (section 4.2 of the specific bases), all with respect to activities carried out or intended to be carried out during the year 2026. 2. REGULATIONS AND REGULATORY BASES This call will be governed by the general regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, included as Annex II of the execution bases of the general budget for the year 2026, by the specific bases, included as Annex IV of the same general budget published in BOP no. 47 of 03/10/2026, both documents whose full text is published on the electronic headquarters of the City Council of Nigrán (https:\\nigran.sedelectronica.org section “Transparency Portal”, subsection “4. Aid and subsidies”, “2026”): specifically in the link: “https://nigran.sedelectronica.gal/preview-document/752439eb-9f59-4a16-a063-ccdadebe4522/”. In addition, it will be governed by the provisions of Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician subsidies (LSG); Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the regulations that develop said law; Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves its regulations. 3. BENEFICIARIES Associations or other non-profit associative entities that, in compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician Subsidies, are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Nigrán and have their registered office in the municipality of Nigrán may apply for the subsidies regulated in these bases. FINANCING The maximum amount of the call amounts to: - Subsidies to promote associations: 10,000 euros, in accordance with the budget allocation reflected in item 924.48000 of the General Budget for 2026. - Subsidies for popular celebrations: 37,500 euros in accordance with the budget allocation reflected in the item 338.48001 of the General Budget for 2026. 5. AMOUNT OF AID This call refers to the two modalities provided for in base 4 of the specific bases: promotion and consolidation of associations (section 4.1) and popular celebrations (section 4.2). Subsidies for the promotion and consolidation of associations will be granted in accordance with the criteria established in the sections. 4.1 and 5.1 of the specific bases. Subsidies for the popular celebrations modality will be granted in accordance with the criteria established in sections. 4.2 and 5.2 of the specific bases. A maximum total eligible amount per entity of 4,750 euros is established. This maximum amount of aid is broken down, with a limit of: - Promotion and consolidation of associations: 1,250 euros - Popular celebrations: 3,500 euros 6. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Applications for aid may be submitted during the period of fifteen business days starting on the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, which will be communicated from the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) in the terms established in art. 20.8 of the Law of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
