Beneficiaries. The insertion companies that, meeting the requirements specifically provided for in Order EDE/63/2025, of October 13, for each type of subsidy and within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, carry out the following actions may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called by means of this Resolution: For the subsidy for the creation and maintenance of employment for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, provided for in Program I, Section 1 of Chapter II of the Order, that create or maintain jobs for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion under the terms and with the limitations established in said Program and Section. For the subsidy for fixed investment that generates employment, provided for in Program II, Section 2 of Chapter II of the Order, who have created new jobs for the insertion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion and make investments in the terms and complying with the requirements provided for in said Program and Section. For the subsidy to support the management function provided for in Program III, Section 3 of Chapter II of the Order, the manager position necessary to guarantee the viability of the company is hired or maintained on the staff, in the terms established in said Program and Section and that they have at the time of the application 5 or more jobs of people in the process of insertion. For the subsidy for the hiring of technical insertion personnel provided for in Program IV, Section 4 of Chapter II of the Order, who have technical insertion personnel on their staff under the terms and conditions provided for in said Program and Section. The number of people in the insertion process to be served by each full-time technician hired may not exceed 12. Second. Object. Granting of subsidies for the creation and maintenance of jobs for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion in insertion companies, for fixed investment that generates employment linked to the creation of new jobs, for support to the managerial function and for the hiring of technical insertion personnel, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Third. Regulatory bases. Order EDE/63/2025, of October 13, of the Ministry of Education and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion in integration companies in the area of ​​the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. In this call, the expenditure in the amount of one hundred and twenty-five thousand euros (125,000 euros) is approved to meet the call for subsidies, charged to the Expenditure Budget item of the Ministry of Education and Employment distributed by annuities, which is detailed below: BUDGET NAME BUDGETARY ITEM CREDIT 2026 CREDIT 2027 Labor Inclusion Programs people at risk of social exclusion 2026/08.08.2411.480.11 €90,000 €35,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadlines for submitting applications for the granting, justification and payment of the different types of subsidies, in accordance with article 36 of the Order, are as follows: 1. For the subsidy for the creation and maintenance of employment for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, the subsidy to support the managerial function and the subsidy for the hiring of insertion technicians will be requested and justified by quarters in arrears, said quarters being between January 1 and December 31, 2026, thus proving compliance with the purpose for which the subsidy is granted and making payment of the subsidy possible with the granting resolution.
