First. — Object. The purpose of these bases and call for aid is to establish the requirements to which the subsidies to be granted by the Chiprana City Council will be subject to promote the construction, rehabilitation, adaptation (including demolitions) and improvement of buildings, on urban land or on land that can be developed according to the current PDSU. Second. — Beneficiaries. All those owners or resident family members, tenants or usufructuaries, these last three categories with the authorization of the owner on the date of the application, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, whose buildings subject to the construction, rehabilitation or adaptation works, for which the subsidy is requested, are located on urban land or on land that is possible to develop according to the current PDSU. Each beneficiary may submit a single application during the established period, for the same property. Third. — Budget credit. The amount to meet this call amounts to 60,000.00 euros, which is financed from budget item number 1500 48103 of the current budget of the Chiprana City Council. Room. — Regulatory bases.
