First. Beneficiaries. By Order 2557/2026, of June 25, of the Minister of Education, Science and Universities, aid is called to the city councils of the region in whose municipality centers that meet any of the following assumptions are located: 1. Public Early Childhood and Primary Education schools in which Compulsory Secondary Education students are enrolled. 2. Public Early Childhood and Primary Education schools in which students in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education are enrolled. 3.
