FIRST.- OBJECT. The Ministry of Culture and Sports (Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions) is calling for the granting of subsidies for the production of feature films, documentaries and other audiovisual works in Andalusia for the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime, establishing the following lines: a) Line 1: Production of feature film projects and fiction or animated television films that have a special cinematographic, cultural value or social and promote Andalusian creative talent, directed by new filmmakers. b) Line 2: Production of feature film projects and fiction or animated television films that promote the development of the Andalusian industrial sector. c) Line 3: Production of documentary projects. The financing of this aid will be allocated to the credits of chapter IV of the budget of the Andalusian Agency for Cultural Institutions, and will be made effective from budget item 1651010000 G/45E/47001/00 01, in the amount and with the breakdown reflected below: Line 1: €1,800,000.00 Line 2: €2,565,000.00 Line 3: €850,000.00 SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES. They may apply for the subsidies covered by this call, depending on the line to which they apply: Line 1: Independent production legal entities whose projects are directed by new filmmakers who are starting out in the field of filmmaking and who contribute to the promotion of Andalusian creative talent. Line 2: Independent producing legal entities. Line 3: Individuals or legal entities who are independent producers. In all cases, the applicant persons or entities must have an establishment or branch in Andalusia at the time the aid is effective, and this must be proven in the hearing process after the Provisional Provisional Resolution. Likewise, Economic Interest Groups whose corporate purpose and economic activity is to carry out audiovisual production activities and/or are registered in the Administrative Registry of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Companies of the State or the corresponding Autonomous Community may be applicants for the subsidies in question, provided that they meet the status of independent producer and have an establishment or branch in Andalusia. In these cases, the independent producer natural or legal person who acts as the main person responsible for the project must be identified in the application. When the audiovisual work is made under a co-production regime, the requesting entity must be an independent producer, meet the requirements established in article 5 of the regulatory bases and have a participation of at least twenty percent in the production and in the ownership of the rights and materials. In addition, the applicant persons or entities must be registered in the economic activity of audiovisual production and/or in the Administrative Registry of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Companies of the State or the corresponding Autonomous Community. The required requirements must be met at the time of submission of the applications and maintained until the completion and justification of the activity that is the subject of the subsidy, except for the requirement relating to having an establishment or branch in Andalusia, which must be met at the time in which the aid is effective, and as indicated above, be accredited within the period of the hearing process. In no case may any of the circumstances provided for in article 5.6 of the regulatory bases apply to the requesting persons or entities.
