2026 GRANTS TO BE AWARDED BY THE TOTANA CITY COUNCIL DIRECTED TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Subsidies may be requested by non-profit entities, legally constituted, that are registered and with updated data in the Municipal Registry of associations of the City Council of Totana and whose purpose is related to the objectives that are intended to be achieved with this subsidy, and that undertake to present negative certification from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking of all personnel participating in the development of the project based on what is contemplated in art. 57 of Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence. Second. Object. The purpose of this call for subsidies is to support initiatives for the promotion, revitalization and participation of children and youth, which contribute to expanding and improving the offer of activities in the field of children and youth in the municipality of Totana. Third. Regulatory bases. This call has been approved at the Local Government Board held on July 2, 2026. Fourth. Amount. The budget allocation for this call is 40,000 euros, charged to budget item 3390/48900. The amount allocated will be distributed proportionally to the score obtained among all beneficiaries. Subsidies may be granted up to a maximum of 6,000 euros per project. The amount of the subsidy will be determined by the product of the total points obtained for the project presented and the value of the point. This will be obtained by dividing the total amount allocated to the call and the total number of points obtained by the possible beneficiary entities. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The application, together with the necessary documentation, will be formalized and submitted, on a mandatory basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, accessing the Electronic Headquarters of the Totana City Council (https://totana.sedelectronica.es), through the procedure “Request for subsidy for the development of projects and activities in the field of childhood and youth 2026.” The submission period will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the BORM. Sixth. Other data. The full text of the call and the models to include along with the application are available to interested parties at the Electronic Headquarters of the Totana City Council (https://totana.sedelectronica.es)
