Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.la of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): FIRST.- PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY. Contribute to promoting participation in the promotion phases to one of the first three levels of national competition in the absolute category held between January 1 and July 15, 2026. SECOND.- TOTAL AMOUNT AND BUDGETARY CREDIT. The maximum amount allocated to these subsidies will be 90,000.00? (Ninety thousand euros) that will be made effective from the budget application 3410.480.00.19 ?call for subsidies for participation in promotion phases? and its bonding bag. THIRD. - BENEFICIARIES. Sports clubs with headquarters in the city of Vigo that participate in promotion phases to any of the two highest categories of national sport at absolute level, have their own legal personality, are non-profit, are integrated into the corresponding sports federation and meet the requirements established by these rules and call. FOURTH.- PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING SUBSIDIES. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be competitive. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications to this call will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH.- REGULATORY BASES. The Regulatory Bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOPPO), the Call will be sent to the National Subsidies Database, which will be the one who will transfer the extract to the BOPPO, without prejudice to its insertion on the website of the City Council of Vigo. SEVENTH.- JUSTIFICATION OF SUBSIDIES. 1.- The beneficiaries of the subsidies have until November 1, 2026 (Inclusive) to comply with the purposes for which the subsidy was granted and the application of the funds received.
