First. Regulatory Bases. Order AGM/2026, of July 29, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid aimed at strengthening the liquidity of the owners of agricultural holdings in La Rioja affected by climatic adversities, the impact on the health of agricultural production and the rise in the cost of inputs. Second. Object. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call. The text of the call corresponds to the single additional provision of the basic order and will be available at the following address of the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja (https://web.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/tramite?n=24344) 2. Concession procedure. The aid will be processed under a direct concession regime. 3. Applications and Documentation. The submission of applications will be accompanied by the following documentation: Copy of the loan policy signed with the financial institution. Responsible declaration by the applicant that they are not subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary indicated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16. For the verification of agricultural income, in the case of requests from article 1.2.a): Form 100 of the income tax for the last 4 years of the interested party or the consultation in the State Tax Administration Agency will be authorized in the application, if it is about natural persons, Model 184 of the regime for attribution of income from the last 4 years, if it is about civil companies or communities of property. Form 200, corporate tax declaration or settlement for the last 4 years, if they are limited companies or corporations. 4. Processing and Instruction. The processing and instruction will comply with what is contemplated in article 8 of the Regulatory Bases Order. The aid will be paid in advance under the terms established in article 9 of this basic order. Regarding the guarantee regime, the provisions of articles 6.3 and 10 of the Basic Order will apply. 5. Effects. From the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja.
