RULES AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO ASSOCIATIONS AND NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2023 1st PURPOSE OF THE CALL The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies on a free competition basis to promote activities that in the field of culture, education and sports promote legal persons, associations and non-profit entities, considered of interest social for the Moraña City Council. 2nd BENEFICIARIES Legal persons, associations or entities that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call: Have their registered office in the Moraña City Council. Carry out your activity within the municipal scope. Be validly constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Non-profit. Not have any subsidy or financial aid pending justification from the Moraña City Council. 3rd SUBSIDIZED PROGRAMS A subsidy may be requested for the following activities: Cultural, training or similar promotion and cooperation activities. Sports promotion activities or holding sporting events. The financing of expenses derived from patron saint festivities, as well as orchestras and musical groups, is excluded from this call. 4th AMOUNT AND LIMIT OF SUBSIDIES The total amount of aid received may in no case exceed 100% of the cost of the activity that the beneficiary is going to carry out. Expenses on meals, snacks and invitations to participants, as well as recreational-recreational excursions, are excluded as eligible for subsidies. The subsidies, which will be financed from budget application 334,480, will have a maximum limit of 16,000.00 euros. The subsidies are compatible with other subsidies or aid for the same purpose coming from any other administration or public or private entities, national, the European Union or international organizations. 5th APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION For each activity, the following documentation must be submitted: Individualized instance for each activity, signed by the legal representative. Certificate from the municipal treasury stating that it is up to date with tax obligations with the Moraña City Council treasury. Declaration of the legal representative of the applicant entity stating the subsidies and/or aid obtained or requested for the same purpose and that they are up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Explanatory report of the actions to be carried out, with specification of the date, place of celebration, objectives, edition and estimation of beneficiaries. Budget of expenses and income of the activity requested, detailing each of the expenses in units and prices (attach the corresponding proforma invoices) Report of activities carried out by the association in the year 2022. 6th SUBMISSION DEADLINE The application, together with the remaining documentation, will be presented electronically in the General Registry of the Moraña City Council, within a period of 30 calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the announcement of the bases in the Official Bulletin of the Province.
