Regulatory bases and call for subsidies for the financing of sociocultural activities carried out by companies and/or entrepreneurs in the Mar de Vigo auditorium-pazo de congresos in the period between November 1, 2022 and December 31

Official description of the call

QUALIFICATION. Extract of the agreement dated May 16, 2023 of the Local Government Board of the Council of Vigo by which the call, regulatory bases and extract of subsidies for sociocultural activities carried out by companies and/or entrepreneurs in the Auditorium-Pazo de Congresos "Mar de Vigo" are approved, in the period between November 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023, both inclusive, under a competitive competition. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b). and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call will be published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (htp://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index), and which must contain, at least, the following information: First.- BENEFECIARIES/AS They may request subsidy, under the protection of this call, companies, legal entities or legally constituted commercial companies that meet the requirements set out in the call and regulatory bases for sociocultural activities carried out by companies and/or entrepreneurs in the spaces of the Auditorium-Pazo de Congresos ?Mar de Vigo?, in the period between November 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023, both inclusive Second.- OBJECT The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the concession, under a competitive competition regime and in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, of financial aid intended for the programming and organization of sociocultural activities in the spaces of the Auditorium-Pazo de Congresos "Mar de Vigo", under the protection of the provisions of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia, in the Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies, as well as in RD 887/2006, of July 21, which approved the regulations of Law 38/2003, the bases for the execution of the current municipal budget and the remaining applicable administrative and private law regulations. Third.- REGULATORY BASES These regulatory bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province (hereinafter BOPPO). They will be available to interested parties on the electronic notice board of the Vigo Council (https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/taboleiro/index.jsp?exp=1&lang=gal), in the information service of the Vigo Council, municipal website (www.vigo.org), and service of the Culture Area, from the day after publication in the BOPPO. Fourth.- AMOUNT The amount of this call amounts to a maximum amount of 500,000 euros, charged to item 3331.470.0002 of the municipal budget in force for the current year. The procedure for granting subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis, as established in article 22.1. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; and article 19, points 1 and 2, of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. Fifth.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for the submission of applications will be 20 business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPPO, and which will be communicated from the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) that operates as a national subsidy advertising system, under the terms of article 30 of the LPAC. Sixth.- PLACE OF PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS. In compliance with the obligation imposed by article 14. 2.a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the LPAC, the use, exclusively, of electronic means is established to present and process the application for this subsidy through the electronic headquarters of the Council of Vigo, by any of the identification mechanisms accepted in the electronic headquarters, which can be consulted at the link https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/usuarios/login.jsp?lang=ga. Subsidy applications will be submitted duly completed, using the official forms approved with these bases, which will be available on the municipal website (www.vigo.org).
