Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the owners of agricultural and livestock farms especially affected by drought conditions, in a maximum amount of 10,000,000.00 euros, is called for in 2023. The aid will be financed with credits from the Budget of the Government of Andalusia for the year 2023, under the de minimis regime. The budget item for the 2023 annuity to which the aid corresponding to this call will be allocated, as well as the maximum amount allocated to the aid, will be the following: ANNUITY ITEM AMOUNT (euros) 1400010000 G/71B/47000/00 01 2023 10,000,000 Second. Beneficiaries. Owners of agricultural and livestock farms, natural or legal persons, communities of property and any other type of economic unit or separate property without legal personality but with tax personality, who meet the requirements established in the fourth section of the regulatory bases, may obtain the status of persons or entities benefiting from the subsidies. Third. Object. Provide assistance to owners of agricultural and livestock farms in productive sectors especially affected by drought conditions, in order to guarantee the continuity of business activity. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of July 13, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for people who own agricultural and livestock farms especially affected by drought conditions, under the de minimis regime, and its call is made, which is published in this BOJA. Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary. The aid will consist of the payment of a lump sum based on approved aid applications. The maximum amount of aid may not exceed 20,000 euros per beneficiary. Sixth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted within 10 business days from September 4, 2023 starting at 9:00 a.m.; The deadline will end at 5:00 p.m. on the day on which the application submission period ends. When during the submission period an interested person submits several applications for aid, the last one submitted within the deadline will be considered to cancel all previous ones. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
